Mindi’s mediation fee is $200 an hour, and payment is required at the end of each mediation session. Mindi takes any kind of credit or debit card, and Venmo. The fee will be shared equally between the parties, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The hourly fee applies to all time spent by the mediator in activities related to the completion of mediation. Such activities include, but are not limited to, convening mediation to meet with the parties, reviewing documents, telephone calls, email correspondence, and document preparation.

There is a two hour minimum fee.
